I'd say true, because good ideas come to many of us. It's the ones who 'do something' (perspire) with their ideas that are considered genius.

Yes, its true. Because you can have all the brainpower in the world, but without putting in the effort, all you will have is an intelligent bum.
You can have the best ideas in the world, but without the perserverence and the determination to succeed, to see your ideas actualized, no-one will ever be the wiser.
It like when you have someone who has real athletic ability, but they refuse to do the work, training, diet, etc, what you have is a "could have been", who never reached their full potential.

Yes. No matter how bright you might be, great stuff doesn't just pour out of you without work. You have to put in the effort.

If you read about the lives of great physicists, great poets, great artists, great authors, and so on, you will find that almost all of them sweated, suffered, and worked incredibly hard. There may be a few exceptions, but I wouldn't be sure.
