Put gas in it before you flatten the battery.

Put a jump box on it first , there are times when the lights come on and the starter will turn but no start. Mine has done it a few times. Make sure there is gas it. Once you have done this and still no turn over you need to take it to the shop and let them look at it, because if you have the power from the jump box and gas in it. but no go on the start it don't sound good.

low battery or bad / dirty connections on the battery terminals.

the lights don't draw enough current and still work with the trickling amount they draw sitting still. when trying to start, not enough juice to crank it.

charge battery & clean terminals should fix your problem.

First, look for a blown fuse.
Then check for spark.
Then check the rest of the wiring.
Have fun.

Check to see that your spark plug cable(s) are connected to your spark plug(s).

Where I park my bike, gits sometimes pull mine off.

After that, you're going to have to check your fuses.
