Make your case either way (and just saying one team or the other sucks does NOT count, I know how you fans are about the other team! lol).
When you make your case, don't forget the Big 10 sleeper this year: My Hoosiers! (Hey, we don't have to play OSU or UM this season-there's 2 less automatic losses for us and one less automatic win for each of the Big Two!) lmao

Whoops! Forgot to say pick another team if you don't think it will be one of these two, but several of you are doing it anyway. Thanks!

Wolverines.
I'd know if the Buckeyes win if they recieved unrelenting press coverage but strangely its been pretty quiet here. Also the Wolverines still have their offense (Henne, Hart, Manningham). The Buckeyes are going through a transition as the National Championship offense left and the underclassmen are vying for starting positions.

There's only one game Michigan could lose this year in big ten play and that's against Penn State. Wisconsin is horrible, they beat no one last year except penn state at home and they got manhandled by Michigan. Wisconsin has won 1 of the last 7 home games against Michigan, so Camp Randall and bite it. They have a new coach, new qb and no Joe Thomas, they will not be good.
Michigan's defense is going to have some vengeance this year. With English driving them, and a D-line better than last year's there's going to be a lot of sacks and run stuffage. Terrance Taylor and Jamison and Slocum are beasts. Only osu has an o-line that can compare and they have nothing behind the o-line.
The only reason penn state has a chance is because they have the experience and some talent (unlike Wisky) and they've had their dreams ruined by michigan for 10 years. They're pissed and they play michigan early, but Michigan will be the big ten champs. They have the best 2 qb's in the big ten, best running back, best trio of receivers, great o-line, and the defense is going to be fast and hard hitting.
Hoosiers are awesome btw, that game against Iowa last year was unreal. I hate Illinois because they're ***** and I don't like Zook with his recruiting issues, but I respect Indiana.

Wisconsin has a strong D and a solid O...will run the table, win the Big 10 outright, but lose to USC in the BCS title game. My sleeper is a vastly improved Illinois club, which played Ohio State last season.
My second selection is Michigan, with Lloyd Carr taking care of the Bucks - finally - at home. If the Badgers stumble, the Wolverines will be there to pick up the crown.

Michigan or Wisconsin
Ohio State has lost too much on offense with the loss of Gonzalaz Smith Ginn and Pittman while Michigans offense is nearly completely intact with the exception of Breaston. Mike Hart and Chad Henne and Mario Manningham is one of the best trios in the NCAA.

OSU. Jim Tressel is an amazing coach. He can easily train incoming freshman. However, UoM does have seniority on their side so less people to train. We'll see. I'm hoping for OSU or Purdue but it'll probably be Wisconsin.
(OSU and Purdue because I'm from Columbus but going to Purdue)
Sorry to say this but, BOILER UP!

the buckeyes because they are under the radar for everyone. After losing all those players from last year everyone thinks its a rebuidling year for buckeyes but you know we can never be counted out and well we tend to do better as the underdog! :-) and our defense rocks! GO BUCKEYES!

Penn State is my pick. I am a buckeye fan, and I really don't think Michigan's D is good enough to win it all.

you have no idea how much i hope its M.
But, it will not be if Carr does not open up his offense. He has the best WR in college, hands down, but does not use them. He runs that conservative offense and its a waste of talent, and always caueses us to lose big games.
