I did not know that there were both legal and illegal dwarfs so I look forward to hearing this answer as part of the P&S eduction process.

How about midgets - do they have a legal/illegal dividing line also? What about Dachshunds and Corgis (which are achondroplastic dog dwarfs) - do they have to legal/illegal heights?

I'd say about 4 feet,

But to be a dwarf,

You have to have a beard.

Without a beard, you are just a midget.
