I don't think there's anything in particular that stands out in a person's voice to give away their body size. However, I've been able to guess correctly a couple times when first speaking to a person on the phone and then meeting them in person. I couldn't tell you what gave a body size impression though.

Are you crazy Tamil? No, you have the same voice if you become fat or thin. If you are crazy, you more than make up for it with the way you look.

I don't think so. You can get a picture in your head by hearing someone on the phone, and although sometimes it is right on other times it is way off.
