Make sure both computers have File and Printer Sharing installed; that is fairly standard and should already be done.

Go to your printers menu (Start > Settings > Printers & Faxes), right-click the printer, choose "properties", go to the "sharing" tab, enable sharing, and name the printer.
The other computer, if networked to the computer that is physically connected to the printer, should be able to see the printer now. If not, you will have to add the printer.

Since this is not a ethernet-enabled printer, the only way you are going to be able to share it is to hook it to one of the computers and share the printer that way. It's easy enough to do, but the only catch is the sharing will only work while the computer the printer is hooked to is powered on.

As long as the computer with the printer is hooked to your network, you should be able to share it with the other computers providing you can load the drivers for the other machines (I'm not sure if Lexmark has an XP Driver for this printer - best to check with them)

Good Luck!
