Craig's apparently display of homosexuality is in no way a charge against his political identification. Like Democrats, Republicans can be gay too. That doesn't mean he has to support every law that's pro-gay or in the supposed interest of the homosexual community.

Craig is NOT a RINO because his record is quite conservative. His private personal life doesn't dictate his politics.

I would also argue against the claim that John McCain is a RINO. While he is often called "The Maverick" he's very conservative on the social issues, especially compared to the leading contenders for the GOP presidential nomination.

Craig voted for the Defense of Marriage Act (defining marriage between a man and a women) and opposed adding violent crimes based on sexual orientation to hate crime laws.

Sounds like a typical Repub to me.

I really don't have a problem with Martinez but Voinivich of Ohio should be on the list also.

We don't really care if he was gay or not. He's not a conservative, which is what you mean by RINO. Conservative doesn't automatically mean Republican. Well, it does if you are a retard.
