Claire: I have listened and listened and listened and listened and listened and listened.........and listened. This has become a crucifixion based entirely on rumour. You disagree with the parents leaving the kids,so do I but there is no point in stabbing cushions about it.

unfortunately i think you are hitting your head against a brick wall with this subject. the anti-mccanns on here would achieve nothing from having this poor couple hung drawn and quartered, they rely too much on this issue to gain popularity, stars, thumbs up and points I'm afraid.
if I'm wrong then why after months, are they still going on and on about the same thing. repeating themselves over and over. all you ever hear is, they left them unattended. i mean come on, that was established within the first few days, repetition of that statement can't change the events of what happened and bring Maddie back.
whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty.

i'm not anti McCann I do basically not accept as true with something they have accomplished previously or after Madeleines disappearance. They did overlook their little ones for sure, else Madeleine does not have long gone lacking. homicide - i don't think of so, yet probable an twist of way forward for some form. they have acted so surprisingly from the beginning up and appeared to show human beings against them with their mindset.

What do you mean by anti mccann? Is it the people who arent willing to creep about and allow people to endanger their children and then be painted the victims whilst their daughter is left to an unknown fate?
I am not interested in a lynch mob for the McCanns, I just want social services to take action against two people obviously lacking in basic parenting schools. This doesnt neccessarily mean that their twins will be taken off them. It means that they will be kept a close eye on and helped to become parents that don't think it is ok to neglect their children when they go off to the pub.
Maybe you should listen to what the 'Anti McCanns' are saying before you ask questions like this
EDIT: So lets just ignore child abuse then because their daughter is missing???? That makes it OK does it? I suppose if a drunk driver killed their passengers in their car after crashing it, it would be ok not to punish them too as they would be suffering? Nope I didnt think so.
If the McCanns go unpunished for their actions it will mean that many more unfit parents will be able to use this case as defense not to answer to the way they treat their children.
And no, punishing them won't bring back their daughter, but then again she wouldnt be missing if her parents had either stayed in with their children that night or taken them out with them.

Only for people who ask stupid questions on Yahoo.
You didn't make an allegation, to make an allegation you have to make a statement, you asked a question.
A lot brighter than you, Honey, at least I know the difference between a statement and a question. Am also a writer and a Literature student, so don't worry, I can more than hold my own in the brain stakes.
John B; to be a published writer, you have to be self-employed, even if you're just getting £250 from a one-off article in a magazine. Even if you're getting £25 from reader's letters in magazines if you're getting them on a regular basis. Some writers pay for their summer holidays this way, so work out for yourserlf how much money can be made through this.

I know, lets build a gladiator ring and we could see them get ripped apart by wild animals.
I'm being sarcastic
Why, would you go to a public hanging? Is that what keeps you warm on a night?
You need to word your questions better. Six other people agreed with me so don't get your knickers in a twist.
What ever happened to innocent until proved guilty?

Season tickets for a hanging kinda defeat the purpose of the punishment.
