I hate the "Bush is stupid" attacks.
If someone disagrees with someone, I would hope they would have the intellectual vigor to base it on policy decisions.

An IQ of 91 can't be considered "smart".
George W. Bush's IQ Is Only 91?
By Thomas Keyes
Oct. 24, 2006
According to a study conducted by Lovenstein Institute, a think-tank in Scranton, Pennsylvania, President George W. Bush was estimated to have the lowest IQ among the last twelve presidents. The estimates were based upon examination of the unghosted writings of the presidents, their showing in unrehearsed public interviews and other psychological factors. The IQ’s varied from a high of 182, scored by William F. Clinton, to a low of 91, scored by George W. Bush. It may be a little surprising to see that William F. Clinton and James E. Carter did so well, but all of the other scores seem to fit very well with what an honest casual observer might judge to be the case.
The scores are as follows: Franklin D. Roosevelt---147; Harry Truman---132; Dwight D. Eisenhower—122; John F. Kennedy—174; Lyndon B. Johnson—126; Richard M. Nixon—155; Gerald R. Ford---121; James E. Carter—176; Ronald W. Reagan---105; George H. W. Bush—98; William F. Clinton---182; and last, as well as least, George W. Bush—91.

The far left did the same thing to Reagan and George H W Bush, their hatred is so extreme that they can only use such vile things as to question intelligence when any look into the persons grades shows they are intelligent.

What, have you never listen to him speak? He bumbles and stumbles over some of the most simple words and phrases. Don't forget that he ran an energy and oil company into the ground when he was in charge and he also ran the Texas Rangers organization into the ground. He was involved and investigated for insider trading, he was involved in the S&L scandal, he lied to everybody on national TV and still does. He cares only about a certain few elitists not the average American citizen. He claimed to be the "uniter not the divider" and we all know how that turned out. He was a coke addict, which one has to be stupid just to try that crap. Should I keep going or is that enough for you?

Let's go over this for the one hundredth time: there is a difference between hating someone and disagreeing with their policies. As far as I know, no one hates Bush--they just want him to go to Crawford and leave our country alone.
As for his intelligence or lack thereof, the list is pretty long, so I'll give a few choice examples: hiring incompetent people to run our governmental agencies, invading a country that hadn't attacked us, refusing to get the message from Americans that they want us out of this war, having a rigid thought process that does not allow for new ways of thinking about an issue, being controlled by Cheney and Rove, surrounding himself with yes men, sitting in his chair for seven minutes after being told our country was under attack, believing that Alberto Gonzales was a good and honorable man...
How much time do you have?

Miss Teen South Carolina,"Is there" not "their"... :)
Bush is a sweetheart. Really. He is a submissive, mindless, co-dependent war mongrel who is seeking to do good in a complex post-911 world. His substance has been the worst of any President, but his ulterior intentions are worthy of praise.

Yes there is actually. The only thing that would make Bush smart if if he purposely made so many blunders for personal reasons. This too is possible as his circle of associates have benefited financially from the Iraq war. So either Bush isn't that bright, or, Bush allowed mistakes to occur for personal gain, which has cost thousands of lives.
Prefer not to use the term hate. I prefer to say that I despise Bush for many reasons. The thing that I despise most about Bush, is his apparent loyalty to friends above what is best for the nation that pays his check.
It is this loyalty to friends who are unqualified for their appointments, that enabled them to lead this nation into war with Iraq.

The proof of Bush's complete and utter stupidity is virtually endless. I won't list it all here, but give you one indisputable example.
On May 1, 2003, Bush put on a fly boy costume and announced "Major combat operations in Iraq have ended." This was before the REAL fight even began.
Game, set, match.

When someone goes on national TV and says that we should've stayed in Vietnam for a decade longer--instead of being pushed out like we were--is STUPID beyond conventional doubt.
Bush has made it his trademark to say the most dumbest and idiotic things--and lately, his attitude has proven that he cares little for the American people--than he does covering his own butt.
His recent comments over Alberto's resignation is just another clear indicator of how ISOLATED from reality he really is.
Are you as well?

Liberals like to consider themselves "free thinkers", "Progressives", and "itellectuals".. When really, they hide under a guise of pseudointellectualism and call the President stupid. Then in the next breath, accuse him of being able to pull off a terrorist attack on U.S. soil, demolish 3 buildings, collapse brideges, create hurricanes, and control global oil prices, rig the stock market, elections ( twice) and the mortgage rates..... As you can see, liberals neither have free thought, or show progress... now who's really the stupid ones?
