i live in Los Angeles, CA.. it is a 10 week course / 400 hours. they are charging $2,000. is that a fair price? thank you

Are you borrowing? To make a fair determination of how much is too much, as yourself if that training will make you $2,000 more than you would if you didn't go through it. It seems a bit steep to me, but then I always assumed that nail techs don't really make that much money. At 40 hours a week, you work about 2,000 hours a year.

those schools are always priced high no matter what. but that is okay. if that is what you want to do, then go for it!
