what type of fertilizer do you use for dogwood shrubs

Believe it or not, we use coffee grinds for ours. It blooms so hardy every year.
I would check with your local Home Depot/Lowes to double check that.
I don't know, coffee grinds do wonders for all my plants/trees and veggie plants.
Saving a ton right now to do my lawn.
