No,,,he was just the sacrificial lamb that Jack Ruby killed
There is no way he could have got of 2 head shots and 1 other shoulder wound in under 6 seconds from over 100 yards with an old fashioned Italian bolt action rifle,,,,

No. To much conflicting evidence and a nice end game to stop him talking. One needs to look at who JFK was a threat to. The CIA, the Mafia and the Cuban liberationists. Stir that lot up and you have an assasination and an endless conspiracy. Because no-one has talked, or more correctly been allowed to talk, we will never know the answer as to who was behind it. My bet, the CIA funded and controlled it and the Cubans carried it out. Balistics evidence is conclusive, they made a mistake letting that out, there were two or more gun men and the fatal shots were not fired from where Oswald was alledged to have been!

Jimmy "the Weisel" Frattiano claimed that Giancana (the then Boss of Bosses out of Chicago) gave the go ahead for Marcello (of New Orleans) to carry out the assassination. It involved Castro (who had a grudge after finding out the CIA was behind the Bay of Pigs Invastion) so he got a patsy (Oswald) from the Russians to carry-out the deed. Marcello's beef was a result of RFK's investigations into organized crime. To cover the link to the Mafia, Marcello had Jack Ruby (a two bit night club owner in the Marcello organization) take out Oswald to seal his lips.
Giancana's beef with JFK was his impression that JFK renigged on promises to leave the Mafia alone since he felt he pulled strings in Chicago to get him elected.
Several weeks before the assassination, Oswald met with Cuban agents in Mexico. For inexplicable reasons, the FBI agents who were following up the Cuban connection as a part of the Warren Commission investigation, were recalled

He was a crack shot, and it has been proved that the old Italian Carcano bolt action rifle was well up to the job of doing what it did. However, Oswald may have been a fall guy or he may have been working with someone else. Obviously ,if the authorities don't want us to know the truth , we wont.

Ask yourself the question, if it was so cut and dried that LHO did kill Kennedy, why are the files still closed, possibly never to be opened?
It was 44 years ago, if there is no conspiracy between federal agencies and those who live outside the law, they should be 100% confident about letting people know what happened

Hi there.
Almost certainly he was part of the plot, was a good enough shot to have hit JFK as described. What we don't know is who else acted and what he knew, that made Jack Ruby silence him.
Cheers, Steve.

I believe so but conspiracy makes for a more interesting story. Seems to happen to popular charismatic people. Kennedy, Monroe and Dianna

Nobody ever believed he did , conveniently though he was shot dead himself while in the custody (therefore protection) of America's highest law enforcement agency , so the truth is forever lost .

Well, he took the blame for it, and that's probably all the information that the government will ever allow on the subject.
