I am looking for this one dress i seen somewhere but i cant find it anywhere now. Its a strapless dress. About down to the knee's. In the middle like where some ppl would put a decorative belt is lace. I would like to find it in either an ivory/white dress w/ black lace or an ice blue with white lace please help me!

you might want to look at a debb or like a dress store i see a lot of thoes but i am not shure where lol! but youo might beable to find one at like JC pennys even! i dont know for sure sorry â¥
