He seems to care more about trying to stay the course in Iraq than taking care of his own people at home. It's embarassing that 2 years after Katrina that many of the people there are still living in harsh conditions. Bush has failed them.

Really, I'm suprised you think he only let Katrina victims down. There are stilll lots of places in Fl., Ms., Tx, still in ruin from the storms in 04 and 05. Lets not forget the poor victims of the bridge collapse. How about wildfires consuming the west? Americans need a compassionate and understanding government that doesn't compound tragedy upon tragedy.

Why don't you start from the beginning of people who failed on Katrina, lets start with Nagin, Landreaux, LA Congressmen & Senators, US Congress and Senators, Homeland Security, and to the top to Bush.
How about the people who are just looking for a hand out saying woo is me.
I go to NOLA about 4 times a year on business and have friends there and it came down to do things for yourself and helping your neighbor. So dont rely on anyone to do things for you in a time of emergency.
Is it embarrassing, yes, people want to live in those harsh conditons, by that I think you mean the FEMA trailers? There are places to stay all around.
The people who failed NOLA are the contractors and politians of the 60s when the levees were built who were just handing out money to build a half assed project.

After two years it's time for t he people of New Orleans to start taking care of themselves and stop their whining. What do you think you people are going to get free hands outs forever, get real. This year alone there has been 159 killings in New Orleans, what is Nagin doing? Oh yea I remember he is trying to blame Bush for everything instead of taking care of his own Chocolate City.

Bush is like a big baby in a high chair that has thrown baby food on his face, clothes and all over the kitchen.

No surprise. Bush has been a failure at everything that he has tried to do in life. One more failure is just another drop in the bucket.

I think he's failed the whole of the USA - he certainly sent your troops off to war in a very cavalier way!
