It MAY be an invitation to a sexual harrassment suit. BE CAREFUL. Is she's interested, there are other ways of saying it other than a seeming "accidental" free look up a dress. She could just be an extremely unlady like woman. Which is not exactly the kinda woman you want coming after you.

My question for you is what kind of a job did she have before this one. I am sure she came highly recommended. What do you think she is doing? Yes it is an invitation. I am just not sure it would be smart to attend that party.

No Because she just might not like to wear them, Unless she comes out and says lets have some sex. then you need to ask her if she is wanting a date, But dont just asume, anything or else you can get your self in touble more then you ever wanted.
