Senator Craig and Vitters are just two of the literally dozens of REPUBLICAN monumental hypocrities who in recent times got elected on FAMILY VALUES all the while their were "doing their thing".

Craig was particularily demonizing and vilifying of homosexuals and low and behold there is was begging a police officer for a mouthful.

Fool me once, shame on YOU,Fool me twice ,shame on ME.

Power has a tendency of corrupting many people, regardless of party affiliation. When will extremists on both sides finally realize that?

OK, shame on you. I have a real hard time reconciling this indignation from the left about a closet queen on the right after so many libs went completely out of their way in the Gerry Studds debacle. OK, so this guy was caught crusin' a men's room (and he says that he's innocent but I know that you libs never believe that a Republican can be innocent of anything) but Studds was porking an underaged Congressional Page. So what did the left do? LOWERED THE AGE OF CONSENT! Please, try to not be so superior. There's as much dirt on the left as there is anywhere else. By the way, what are you guys going to do about "Cold Cash" Jefferson?

Have you forgotten your very own Congressman, Barney Frank? He is known for doing exactly the same things as Senator Craig and also Congressman Mark Foley. But you keep him in and give him a leadership position for which Frank is not qualified for.

Have you forgotten William Jefferson? What is his defense for finding $90,000 in his freezer? "I was participating in a sting operation with the FBI, and the FBI set me up." So impressed with that line of BS, you gave him another two-year term and appointed him to a leadership position and then you took it away from him, while continuing to let him serve and vote in the House.

Where do you get your family values and your moral outrage from? Just who do you think you are?

It's not just republicans. There are bad seeds as well as great public servants on both sides of the aisle. And the hypocrisy issue aside, anyone of any party who is engaged in illegal or immoral activity needs to be thrown out of office.

The only reason they insist on these "family values" is so that they can win over the fundies. They don't give a damn about anyone's family. They just know where the votes are.

It makes me sick to the stomach.

Maybe just a bit of gender confusion going on. like being for war but not wanting to get their nails dirty.
