Here are five types of business I would like to see in Detroit.
1. An Automotive Museum displaying the many different cars Made In Detroit.
2. Major Restaurants you would find in New York City, Chicago and/or Los Angeles. Restaurants included Planet Hollywood, the Motown Cafe, and ESPN Restaurant.
3. A major shopping district in Detroit filled with stores, restaurants, a movie theater, and offices. A good place for his is in the Campus Martius Area if Detroit could revive Woodward Avenue.
4. Detroit needs to revive Belle Isle. Belle Isle use to be very prospering and flourished and was a place where people wanted to go. Today, Belle Isle is not what it use to be and Detroit has great potential to make Belle Isle a place for commerce.
5. Detroit needs a State Park. To the best of my knowledge, Detroit does not have any state parks and a state park in Detroit could be a tourist attraction for state visitors.

Well I will admit that for my part, I believe Detroit is over-rated a little bit bit, everyones says they are the one of the most exceptional groups within the league they are no longer even within the most sensible 3. I imply seem on the crappy convention they are in. If they have been within the west they would be proper in the back of Dallas or Houston. They're no longer championship fabric, there is not any arguing that they don't seem to be the exceptional within the east on account that they're however the east is not just about as well because the west... Oh and Richard Hamilton is wholly over-rated, he performs like a little bit lady.... The Spurs are gonna win the championship this 12 months and they're continually no longer getting the concentration they deserve..

I haven't been to Detroit since 1976 but I would say jobs and educated work force.
When I was there the gangs were so out of control you couldn't even go into the city. The high school grads from Detroit public schools couldn't do basis arithmetic. I worked with two that couldn't read a ruler past the quarter inches they were taking inventory and had to measure and count but couldn't measure. My ex worked with a steelworker who couldn't do the the calculation to count bars of steel, weight one and see if the weight of the load was correct.
Bulldozing homes and replacing with grass would make it look nicer but as long as you have people living like rats in nest you will have crime and fear so lose the city to the gangs.
