Prior to my last two periods I've been feeling nauseous and even throwing up, which is very unusual for me. At first I thought I had eaten something bad, but now I'm wondering if it's a new PMS symptom for me. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, unfortunately it is quite normal for some women but it shouldn't happen every month.

I didn't have this problem when I was younger, but I have been noticing this problem more recently. I almost always get sick to my stomach around this time of month (although I've not been throwing up as often as I once did). I thought perhaps it was a combination of PMS and the week of being off of active birth control pills, so if you're on the pill, you might discuss it and see about changing brands if it is particularly troublesome (this seems to not be as bad for me since the last time I changed brands of birth control).
