my best friend would be first for allowing it to happen =]
its more expected for a partner to cheat on their significant other. not often does your best friend sleep with your lover. so yeah theyd both get punched, but my main focus will be on my ex-best friend for being such a backstabbing biznatch. you usually have more trust in your best friend than your partner, since youve known eachother longer. it just takes more outta you...

he has been a sucky boyfriend for a while then him
or
if he has cheated on me before
BUT
if my bff has done this with many friends then her
BUT most likely her first because we are like family
