im 5 4 and weigh 130.7 am i fat or average?

No, you're not fat, remember muscles weigh more than fat.
You are in the right range for your height & weight.

it has nothing to do with height weight or age, only body composition personally, im 5 2 and im 135 but i have a low composition of fat and a lot of muscle, which weighs more than fat

It really depends on your musclular build. Muscle tissue is more dense than fat tissue, so having extra muscle pounds would make you heavier, but not look any heavier.

But for an ordinary person, I'd say 5'4" and 130 is probably at least a bit on the chubby side.

I think that is just fine. If you are muscular especially. If you don't have a lot of muscle then you might have a bit more fat then you need.

no you are perfectly healthy if you feel fat just lift some weights to tone out and have mussels
