First of all don't listen to fireball226. If you want to be cast in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows it wouldnn't do you any good going to Hollywood as the film is British and is filmed in BRITAIN!
Secondly, i think that they hold open auditions closer to the time that they are starting filming. I supose there would be more information of the Warner Brothers website

You should find out if it's an open casting call or if you need to go through an agent. I'd call up the production company first and find out. If it's open casting then they'll provide you with everything you need to do. If you need an agent, you probably aren't going to make it this time.

Call the agent that gave you the audition, that is the reason you have an agent. We don't have that information, call your agent.
