People really do die of a broken heart. Especially a mother who has lost her child, it's probably worse for you than smoking!

I know several parents who have had strokes and heart attacks shortly after their kids died. Also spouses usually die within two years of each other.

So not out of your body, but out like a light,
YEAH!

Crying is a way our bodies release stress. I heard a theory that people were meant to cry together, because when two children are together when one of them cried usually the second child follows. Also with many adults if we see someone start o cry our emotions often lead us in the same direction as theirs.

But I don't think that you can die from crying, if anything crying wares you out physically and mentally. When ever I have cried my eyes out I will have a splitting headache and feel like I am going to fall asleep.

Hannah have a great week. Wish you well and a lot of fun, as I understand it, when someone cries their heart out, they cry until they stop, then their heart is cried out. Then later they start again! Jimmy.

Figuratively yes,not literally. No much grief will kill the soul. You go numb inside and stay that way, often for life. That's why it's important to get over it when you've suffered.

I have cried so hard I thought my chest was bursting. It was when my Grandma died. I have never felt a hurt that deeply since and I hope I never do. It was awful and painful.
