My head bumped into my friend's head (when I was helping her put together some furniture). I wonder if this is good luck or bad luck. I heard that means you will be with that person at the same time next year.

I hope for your sake that's the truth, but next year watch where you're going. There are easier ways of securing a yearly date than getting a mutual concussion. LOL

That could be an old saying or superstition. Sounds more like you were both concentrating on what you were doing and it was a simple accident. Did you both see stars? Good luck in the future.
