I would be a detective who works cold cases and brings criminals to justice who are still running around out there.
We just had a really interesting case solved here in Missouri that was an old, old case.
Involved a policeman who killed a teenager, tampered with evidence, but caught up with him 20 something years later.
I would want to work for closure for families who don't know who killed a murdered relative.
When families don't know, it ages them and they live sad lives wondering...

Edit: Mark Furhman a real detective and nonfiction writer as well.
