If the guy you were dating came off a little metrosexual. It just seems awkward to me that this guy is so clean cut. I don't want to assume anything as he treats me like a princess, but sometimes I wonder what will my family think if I am feeling this way about him myself? I don't want this is be a huge factor, I have never been treated like this before. But I was wondering should I feel awkward. Is there things I should look out for before I get worried? Should I bring this topic up? He swears hes straight and I have no reason to doubt that but I am just worried I will be one of those women who get a suprise at the end. Any suggestions?

Okay you talked it out and he says that he is not. Trust is something that you might need to employ in your relationship. So what if the guy is clean cut and looks great. That means that he likes himself and person like that would in effect be good for you because he will treat you as himself. When a man is careless about his appearance where you are concerned it is either he is too relaxed in his relationship or isn't trying to impress you anymore.
It is always good to have a man that looks good around you as well it makes you look good.

Are you freakin kidding me--he treats you great like a princess, and you are worried that he "might" be metro? Get over it, even if he is where is the downside? Do you think nice guys like this are easy to come by?
If you can't handle send him this direction, my daughters know how to handle nice guys, and they can also accept a persons sexuality.

Trust him at his word. Some guys are better at and more in tune with sharing feelings, etc. Sounds to me like you've got a keeper.

He probably had great parents who taught him to respect women, listen to them, and serve them. What woman wouldn't want that in a husband/mate?
