Vick's life destroyed?

I heard a lot of people say yesterday that his life should not be destroyed over this incident. His life is not being destroyed. He needs to pay his dues then go on with his life. If he is not allowed to play football again then he goes out and gets a job like everyone else. Just because he may not be able to live the lifestyle he could have if he hadn't screwed up doesn'tmean his life is destroyed. He did this to himself , nobody screwed him.We all have to live with the consequences of our actions and he is no different. There are a lot of people working regular jobs and they have great lives.

Hummmmmm.........let's see. Let me analyze this real quick.

1. African-Americans were enslaved for over 200 years and our ancestors would have never been dream of such fortune.

2. Many died during the civil war trying to free slaves.

3. Many black and some whites died during the civil rights struggles.

4. Many Americans go to work everyday (most of the time, it's a job that they hate) trying to realize the american dream living on below average income (trying to support families, I might add).

5. Michael Vick get a $100 million dollar contract and other multi-million dollar endorsement and risk all that fortune on a sick cheap thrill by watch dogs bite and tear open each others flesh until the death and hang, electricute or kill dogs that don't win or do well. The same animals, mind you, that God put man in charge of to love and protect.

Yep, I can see how this is other people's fault this happen. I can see how other people destroyed his life.
