Vacation time yes, it is already earned
Sick days is questionable it would depend on their policy
Tuition, no that was for schooling only, and usually reimbursed upon completion (and passing) of a course

You generally can't get sick days unless you are actually sick, but if you have earned vacation time, you will get paid for that. I'm not sure about the tuition. It sounds like you've already been paid the tuition, correct? In that case, there would be nothing to "reimburse" you for, since you've already collected the money.

That would vary, not only by state, but also with your compay policies. I would contact the HR department and ask for a copy of an employee handbook, that should be able to answer your questions, and then to cover yourself totally, contact your local labor department and find out your state laws.

I don't know what the laws are like in your part of the world. But where I'm from, when you leave an employment you are entitiled to receive any unpaid monies to date. That generally includes vacation leave and sick days pay.
As it relates to pension contributions, they will be transferred and your new employer will make contributions to the pension fund on your behalf.

It all depends on the policies of the company. No one is required to give vacation or sick time - that is at the liberty of the employer. Check your policies and procedures manual, or with payroll.
