As long as I can continue to work hard, have her take more of my money, make it more impossible to raise my kids, pay my utility bills and pay my property taxes. She's done such a great job in New York, why not screw up the rest of you so we are all in the US Titanic together. Misery loves company

No I want Americans to be responsible for themselves and quit looking for handouts. Because they aren't really handouts. The taxes that will be imposed when and if socialized med...I mean universal health care come along will be horrid. The quality of health care will go down. and the wait will be bad as well. Hey America...go outside and get some exercise and quit eating fast food all day and we might not have so many health problems.
Where in the constitution is the right to health care located. Sure something needs to be done about Americans health but I dont thik Socialized med is the answer..

I don't want anything 'imposed' on me. I think national health care is a good idea, though. I haven't compared her plan with others out there, like Edwards' plan. And I'm not going to support it unless it can be shown that, within 10 years, it will reduce health care costs overall. We're too far in debt to take on another huge entitlement program.

Those of you who think we need a eruopean-style health care system, remember, those countries have tax rates of 40% or more.

The key word is "impose". I don't want ANYTHING imposed upon me. I'd have no problem with her plan or any other if I could opt out of it. Of course, the whole scam would fall apart if some people weren't forced to pay for it.

Do you mean that we as the richest nation in the world should ensure that all citizens have health Care coverage like in ALL THE OTHER WESTERN DEMOCRACIES .

Do you mean that the 47 million Americans who have NO health care coverage would end their daily anguish/anxiety and fear about themselves and their loved ones getting sick.

Do you mean that if all these Americans had health care we could slash the number and cost of personal bankrupcies caused by catastrophic medical costs.

Dom you mean we can make a giant stride in improving Americans health in one step allowing these 47 million Americans regular access to the medical system before it is too late and they end up in the emergency.

Do you mean that at long last the monumentally hypocritical Christian Americans who wear their faith on theirv sleeves will start acting in a CHRIST LIKE MANNER and start looking after " THE LEST AMONG US "

Is that what you mean by a nanny state. If so it would be wonderful AND THE BLOODY CHRISTIAN THING TO DO .

Nope. No thanks.

People like to get on board with such candidates thinking that the Nanny will leave them alone, but who remembers Tipper Gore?

Hello?

No. I wouldn't want Hilary to be the nanny of my children....so I don't want her plan to be the nanny of the whole country either.

I would like Hillary to go home, sit down and shut up. Stay home with Bill, they deserve one another.
