I am extremely nervous about getting mine done today... I go in at 4:45. How long does it take for the results to come back?

Also, I am 4 days late. I have been having really bad heartburn, gassey, and I just don't want to eat even tho I'm hungry. These are the same symptoms I had with my first pregnancy. My first pregnancy I also had pain in my boobs, I cried all day long! I had a miscarriage in April and I didn't have any pain in my boobs, which I figured I would because they are so huge (lol) and I am not hurting now.

My temperatures have been rather high since ovulation, but today my temp dropped quite a bit. My tests are negative. I've been told that I could be testing too early.

Do you think I am preggers?? Please let me know, and any advice or info is welcomed. :o)

Ok next day... still no period, or even sign of it. Usually I can smell it and my boyfriend can too, but I have absolutely no odor at all. 5 days late... and counting... I HOPE!!!

a temp drop usually means AF is on her way!! wait a day or two, tests where i live generally only take a few hours depending on what time you get them done. Good luck!!

With your temp dropping and negative tests I'd say you aren't pregnant. How many days past ovulation are you? I've always had my HCG levels within a few hours, but it depends on where you go. I have Kaiser and they do labs in the same building as my doctor.

* if your luteal phase is always 10 days, then it could be that you're pregnant and for some reason the tests aren't picking it up yet. Also it could be that you started to implant, but then it failed so that your period will be later than normal, although really it would be a miscarriage. I guess you'll know by tomorrow. Good luck.

Why did you opt for a blood test rather than a home pregnancy test first? Four days late is plenty of time to get a positive. The blood tests take a good day or more to get results back. Too long if you ask me.

if you're 4 days late and you took a pregnancy test and It came back negative, than you're not pregnant. You should test positive the first day of your missed period
