Well for starters, focus on finishing high school first. Fame isn't forever and there are hundreds of 'has beens' out there. So even if your are lucky and get 'discovered' you can never assume that your fame will last forever, in which case having your grad will make things easier. Right now the best thing you can do is to polish your craft by getting out there. Get involved in drama clubs, beauty pageants, basically anything to get you noticed cause what you need is an agent, someone with industry connection who can help you find work. Also, you might have to move to a better location to break into the industry, which is why it is best to wait until your at least 18, if you're going to be living on your own.

I would also write you mother off, she seems like she doesn't care--for good reasons likely--since you seemed more concern about your goal of fame than all the hard work it will take to get there. So rub the stars from your eyes and start working and actively pursuing your dreams of modeling and acting through whatever means available to you in you area.

You'll have to 18, until then you cannot sign a contract. Be in all the school plays and drama club. Read lots of plays and read books about acting. New Faces is not a very good way to go. When you are earning your own money and can take acting classes, you can start to move toward an acting career.
