Mine have done that for years and I am 33 and only 16 weeks on my first baby. I have a hormone imbalance that caused that. She should go to the doctor as it can be a sign of a tumor in the brain. She should have a blood test done to check her hormone levels, especially her prolactin levels. There is medication for this. Good Luck.

It is certainly possible for lactation to occur without ever having a child, or being pregnant. In fact, even men can experience lactation. It is called Galactorrhea.
"In both sexes, the most common cause of galactorrhea is a prolactin-secreting tumor... in the pituitary gland.....may also be induced by certain drugs, including phenothiazines, certain drugs given for high blood pressure, opioids, and even licorice... There are other causes such as an underactive thyroid gland..."

It doesn't mean she was ever pregnant (the aureolas turn brown if she's ever been pregnant, btw) or had sex in the past. It just means she's sensitive and stimulated. If you leak, does that mean you had sex with someone else or have an STD? Cut the lady a break, dude.

Just come out and ask her if she is Pregnant or if she ever has been ? Maybe she is just to afeard of saying any thing to you for the reason that if she is or even has a child you will take a walk!! so my advice is to just come right out and ask!!!!!

No. There are a few other things that can cause lactation. Usually, (aside from babies) it is a benign pituitary tumor.

It can also come from switching birthcontrols. and it can come from a thyroid disorder. But maybe you should just ask her because Pregnacy current or reccent is the most likely cause
