Yes, it would be illegal, but no one could prove that you did it. The reason is that even if you confessed to killing the person with magick, no one would believe you. Since there would be no way to prove to 12 people that magick exists, you would be found innocent. (Or not guilty). This would not hold true if you gave the person a potion and that killed the person, as if the potion showed it was dangerous, in and of itself, that would be different. If you just burn a candle and chant, and they die, props to you.

Seeing as how it doesn't work, I doubt they have a law for or against it.
Killing someone in a premeditated manner (as it would be in the event "magick" were used) is most certainly against the law.
It's just a stupid question. Why ask it?

Not that I believe in spells or anything, but in wicca, she spelled magick correctly....unfortunately.
