my shoulder hurts. like oon my upper shoulder blade. to all around my rotator cuff and a little bit down my right arm. idk if i slept wrong, or if i did something to my rotator cuff..... i play volleyball and soccer i have volleyball all week from 3:30 to 5:30 every day. i play outside hitter and of course i serve so i'm swinging my arm ALOT. i dont really notice when i'm playing, because i'm not exactly thinking about it.... but uhm. when i get home my shoulder hurts just to lift my arm. its been like 3days. it hurts to rotate my arm around, and my arm feels really heavy like my shoulder doesnt have enough strength to life it without hurting or soemthing. idk. help? what do you think i did and what should i do about it to make it better... my first games in a week. should i si tout of volleyball tomorrow.? (although thats really not an option) :]
oohhh and thanks in advance

i did some research on rotator cuff tears and strains. but i'm not sure if its a tear or a strain or just sore.
Rotator cuff injuries cause pain in your shoulder and upper arm. The pain may be most noticeable when you reach up or out. When you turn your arm as you lift it, the tendons are more likely to rub against surrounding structures.
thats exactly where it hurts and what if feelsl ike and that says tear. but i doubt its torn
