Just use common sense- really you can eat the same as you would pre-pregnancy. A healthy diet is best pregnant or not. Taco bell once in a while is absolutely fine. Don't get worked up over the hype that the baby is a completely fragile creature that will come out with 6 legs and two heads because you washed your dishes (you get the picture- don't go crazy about avoiding things during pregnancy).

i don't eat healthy like i should either, just listen to your body. if you are hungry then eat if you're thirsty then drink. just make sure you drink plenty of water and you'll most likely be just fine. fast food won't hurt your baby. i ate fast food all the time with my first pregnancy. the only thing you really need to worry about is towards the end of your pregnancy the baby puts on most of his or her weight and over eating can make for a large baby, plus you may put on extra weight that will be very difficult to try and lose after the birth. talk any concerns over with your healthcare provider just to be safe though. good luck to you!

Absolutely not, it wont hurt your baby.

Its very difficult to eat healthy all the time...do the best you can. Take your prenatals if you dont eat healthy at least 5 nights a week.

Avoid the caffeine or cut down....dont drink mt dew...that has tons of it.

Enjoy your Taco Bell.

i be eat healthy the whole pregnant but sometime there junk food and soda or coffee. but not all the time
Should be eating healthy while pregnant..

I do not like smell of mexican food. or eat it i guess it because they use a lot of tomato.
And for some i was veggie, because i didn't wanted to eat meat. But still had my proteins.
YOu should get to eat whatever you wanted.. while pregnancy and when you have craving

oh it won't hurt the baby! i ate fast food so much w/ both my pregnancies and my babies turned out very healthy. they were average size. the baby will take the good nutrients it needs and the rest will pack on your a**. now theres the real reason you shouldn't eat the taco bell!!!

"Once in a while" is the key. I craved Taco Bell the beginning of my pregnancy and my doctor said it's actually a common craving.
Make sure you're keeping on those prenatals. It's probably in my head, but when I have been faithfully taking them, my cravings seem to lessen.

i dont think unhealthy food once in a while is hurtful to baby, because youre still getting a balanced nutrition. I cut out coffee and coke out of my diet completely because they have such high levels of caffeine, which CAN be hurtful to baby, as ti can lead to low birth weight or miscarriage. Having unhealthy fatty food, say, once every 3-4 weeks will not do anything to harm your baby.

When i was pregnant i hated fast food. Eating it once in a while dosent hurt the baby. I knew a woman who craved KFC and had it everyday when she was pregnant.

Just make sure your high in protein, dairy and veggies. Go medium on the carbs. Fruits were my favorite thing

I think if you keep the junk food to a minimum, then it is okay to have fast food once in a while. I ate it once and a while when I was pregnant last summer.

The more you deprive yourself of that stuff, the harder it will be not to gorge on it later on -at least that is my experience with good tasty fried food!

I suppose it is all ordinary experience. We all recognize what meals are healthful for us although we aren't pregnant. Green greens, calcium, and lots of water is a well begin. Try to prevent plenty of processed meals. Make matters do-it-yourself and from scratch if viable. If any individual removes boxed foods they'll drop pounds and be fitter. It's a win-win obstacle.
