Tons of places- if you buy a PC from places like Best Buy or CompuUSA, then you'll probably need to upgrade your video card. Lots of machines come with integrated video, which is lousy for gaming.

A great graphics card like a GeForce 8800GTS 320mb costs around $270. Good cards, like the Radeon X1950 Pro or GeForce 8600GTS run around $150. I wouldn't recommend anything less for Flight Sim X.
