Physical impossibility.
bad weather is associated with troughs in the upper atmosphere. These troughs promote the vertical lift of moisture and enhance cloud development. In turn, there will be showery precipitation ahead of the troughs.
Now, to counter the troughs, there are ridges. Relatively clear air, more peaceful conditions.
It is a physical impossibility to have one trough extending around the world, promoting bad weather everywhere.
Rest at ease, it cant and wont happen.

Well... if something vaporized the entire ocean, that would cause some pretty serious weather problems. Or if the Earth's center of gravity shifted then it would start breaking itself apart, with lots of earthquakes and tsunamis to go around. Ta-da! For more ways to destroy Earth, check this link:

Law worketh Wrath: is destructive, not constructive.
Grace is sufficient: is constructive, not destructive.
Perhaps it was GWG's rod of iron rule of law,
which he notably said at his second coming:
I now have the man-date to take it globe-all.
Ask the 800,000 PTSD usa soldiers how "it" now feels,
to touch or taste or handle GWB's rod of iron rule of law;
And they'll all say it now feels "wretched" and "forsaken".
Another law made Paul feel "wretched": Romans 7
And Law Law made David & Jesus feel "forsaken".
Law: I will forsake you: Jeremiah 23:39
Grace: I will never forsake: Hebrews 13:5
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
