Do you take the time to enjoy the smaller things in life?
What are the things you enjoy most?
I love walking outside in between patients and enjoying the warmth of the sun on my skin. I love driving home in the evening with the top down on my Miata and smelling the lavender and lemon grass of the fields.
It's those small things that really make life great.

Nikkee D, I am a very hyper person, too, but I have found that I have to take a moment out of my day to enjoy so much of what I miss. Slowing down for just 1 full minute to embrace something as small as the smell of the roses is worth that minute in my life.

I love to see an seniors face when you actually stop and listen to them. So they know your really interested in what they have to say. I love to stand on the beach alone in the morning and watch the sun rise. I love the smell of the street after it has rained and the sun comes out to heat the ground. But most of all I love when I wake up every morning to a fresh new day of being alive and have another opportunity to make anything I want out of that day! :-) Life is sweet!

I really don't the way I should. I am a go-go type of person, can't stop for anything. I am also a hyper person and get easily flustered so i really wish I could.

I love to sit on a porch swing when there is a light thunderstorm going on...it is SO relaxing listening to the thunder...makes for great meditating.
