I'm a full time single mother. I work full time and I'm looking to go back to school. If I had the extra time and energy and knew I couldn't fail I would become a physician assistant.

Your first obligation is to mother your child or children. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. If you need money, charity has existed since the beginning so that mothers could do their jobs. In our changing society, roles keep changing but parents not putting family needs first is why the world is at war so often. It isn't the needs of the children that are getting met. Its the greeds of their governments.

Go for it! But remember your kids need you. If you give them time now, when they grow up they will have stable lives and good relationships. Leaving you plenty time to go back to school.
