If you can't find fault with yourself, then basically you're just not being honest. As we get older (and hopefully wiser), we usually know what our faults are. If by chance someone doesn't . . . what's the one thing that you keep hearing about over and over? What's the one thing that several people have said you don't do well, or could improve upon. That's one of your faults. If you're honest with yourself, you'll take that criticism and learn from it. You'll use it to be a better you.

It's a lack of introspection and not being honest with one's self. There's no commitment to anything if you find fault with someone else. You find fault and go back to your comfortable existence without having to do anything yourself.

Because it is easier to take a sliver out of someone;s finger than it is to unwedge a block of wood out of their own body.It is always easier to be on the side of Judge than it is to be on the sign of the defendant.

People tend to judge other people way more harshly than they do themselves...denial is a big part of the reasons!

It's called "projection"...the hardest thing in the world is to face yourself. I don't think we're meant to do it alone either.
Everyone needs validation and support and if we each gave that to one another you would likely have a lot less aggression and hostility in my humble opinion! ;~)
