After I print the front, how do I print the back? Do I glue them together?

You can take the paper, turn it over and print the other side, (if the paper is thick and waterproof enough,) or you can print front and back next to each other, and glue them together.
Test a piece of paper, which is printed, to see if the glue you want to use does not make the ink bleed.

For printing on both sides you can get special paper, (needed when you use an ink-jet printer.)
This is available in rather thin, like normal printing paper, or in thicker. That is most likely better for a bookmark.
