I would say a mid-C cup.
Why?
1) It doesn't hurt your back as much as a D+ Cup
2) You can still wear "normal" shirts like button down and not feel like you're going to fall out
Right now I'm a 40 DD (pregnant) and even my husband agrees that they are too big. My back is constantly sore.

I wouldn't mind being more fuller into a B...
C or D can just be too much for many women if it doesn't fit their body size, the larger can even cause back problems.

I have 36D's. I like them...but they would be better if this size came with perky.
Edit-Unless you're really fat or mommy and daddy bought you implants, I highly doubt a 14 year old would have DD's.

every women is different.
It all depends on body size and shape.
I work at a plastic surgery practice and I find that most women are comfortable with full c's!

36C is perfect size to me. But, it all depends on your body size too I guess

I was a 38J and hated it.
Got a breast reduction to 38C and I'm loving it.
