Having worked at a lingerie store, I can tell you that 38AA and 38A are hard to find sizes but they do exist. Most manufacturers assume that someone who has a 38 band, must have a bigger bust so they start at a 38B vs a 38A or 38AA. However, everyone is built differently and it doesn't mean if you're a 38AA that you have to shop in the teen department (even in the teen department you may not find 38AA or 38A). Try http://www.lulalu.com as they seem to offer several 38AA and 38A styles.

I am 1 back size smaller and 2 cup sizes bigger than the calculator says. If you followed the same idea, you would be a 30C, which sounds more realistic as a 30 back is the rough equivalent of a UK size 8. it is pointless using these calculators, do what you do for any other garment- try bras on. Either go for a proper fitting, or read the fitting guides you can find online and work it out for yourself that way.

Yes, they make these sizes and they're sold at most department stores. For a 38AA, these are more likely referred to as training bras, and are typically sold in the children's underwear section. Wal-Mart usually carries both sizes.

Looked at the JC Penney site for an example, seems like some brands do make a 38A.
Edit: Training bras, so you are young? I work at Penney's, and at mine there is a large selection of bras for starters in the girls section. I wish they had such a choice when I was that age! : ) Might be best to just go to a store like that, see what they have and what fits that you might like.
