tell her that you didn't really like how she did your eyebrows last time and tell her EXACTLY how you want them done.

she won't get offended by it, i mean thats her job lol she needs people to tell her what they want!

besides you're the one paying her and she wants to do a good job so help her out and tell her lol!

I really enjoy coming to this shop, however, like everything in life, sometimes things just don't work out the same as they always did. Last time I was here you did my eyebrows way too thin and they just didn't work for me.

I have a photograph with me of eyebrows the type I would like to leave with. Can we do that this time?

compliment and then constructive criticism, and then question. This is the correct way ....

It would help if you understood how to be assertive, versus being aggressive. Assertively you may wist to say, "I really liked the way you trimmed my eyebrows the last time. This time my eyebrows appear to be a lot thinner than I like, to me they look like they are penciled in. Would it be alright if I remind you not to trim them this thin the next time I ask you to arch my eyebrows?

Your beauty technician, hopefully will want to hear your feedback. Consider its your way of helping them to help you. Air your suggestions by referring to the way you feel about the work that was performed, and carefully choosing the words you use. It is your responsibility to let folks know when you like the quality of work or not. It is a bad thing when you don't like the service you received, then walk away taking your complaint home with you. Its not mean to let people know that you are not pleased with the service. Being assertive instead of aggressive is the way to make your dissatisfaction known without being mean.

the person I go to usually asks me if I liked what we did last time, and if we should do it again. just be straight up honest and tell the person that you thought they were too thin and you want them to be a little bit thicker.

it isn't about being mean or anything. just be polite. you are paying the person for a service for you. it is no different than getting your nails done or your hair cut. be honest.

You should just be straight up with her and tell her exactly how you want them. Tell her you don't want them to thin and that they were way to thin last time and explain how you want them. It's their job to make them how you want them so just be straight up with her.
