I think almonds of better because people in my country said cashews makes u fat.

Unsalted almonds. Slightly salted cashews. Love 'em both. Pecans are my favorite, though.

Cashews- much smoother texture and flavor. Almonds are coarser and the skin is harder to remove and bitter.

Cashews.
They are easier to chew for starters. Almonds are very hard. Cashes also taste so much better, expecially if they are a litle salted. Mmmm.

Both are great.
Almond are better by a narow margin. Salted and roasted.
