the importance of THE constitution for everyday living is immeasurable. just to define your inalienable rights is worth the salt within the paper (it is written upon). the first 10 amendments are the 10 commandments of the govt to us, the american public. the constitution is the most copied of constitutions ever and around the world so that has to say something. now, if a company spokesperson makes some sort of communique regarding their product or products, yes, it would (be considered commercial speech), however if it is a non-product speech, then the content(s) might not be construed as such. this is more of a question for a lawyer who deals primarily in business and/or litigation of such. also, question #3. keep in mind that while the constitution is the law of the land, none over all, states' rights do count for something especially when it comes to business, logos, products et al. it is only OK as per the constitution when it is brought before the federal supreme court and the nine judges rule as such. local and state courts might and often do see things a lot different. each area & state has different rules & regs. as far as #3 question, the answer is yes. intent of otherwise must be proven, right? hope this helps.

The subjects you pose to us are not covered by Constitutional law .The type of questions you are asking about are more accurately described as Administrative Law or Statute Law. As many people discover too late the differences of what the Constitution will protect as Free Speech, private corporations are not bound by it as strictly as any and all government entities are.(supposedly)
The Constitution was created to keep governments in tight rein,to keep local, state and federal governments from interfering in citizen's lives. It is not a tool to hoodwink some fool policy upon the rest of the country nor is it just a Bill of Rights dodge for taking responsibility.
You would advance your education mightily by reading the document and studying it's genuine purpose. You just might question whether "We The People" actually live under it's guidance and spirit today.

Spiritually speaking: It is a simple document predicated on basic spiritual truths; inalienably rights, and equality and such. This is a young country in world history. The document was considered to be an experiment by some. So far, the proof is in the pudding as they say. People still clamor to get here, even though our practice of that document has proved to be a challenge at times. We are by no means a perfect country. We do have the best opportunity for all. I too assume it is The United States of America that we are discussing. Q

Well, it used to be pretty important, as it was the basis on which the country was built. But since the "war on terror" it has pretty much been abandoned.
