What would be the reason for cramps 4dpo .last time i got + pregnancy test at 5dpo.Could this be it again?

Implantation doesn't even happen until 6-12 days past ovulation. And then it takes another 2-3 days for the embryo to start producing enough hcg to be detected by a home pregnancy test.

Going through this myself, I am about 5 DPO.
Started having the cramping at 2-3 DPO, mild spotting on 2 DPO as well, but I heard its common and uncommon for that too.
I have heard alot of women have midcycle cramping prior and after Ovulation.
But like you, Im hoping its something more. ;)

If I were you, I'd wait a few more days and see. Or, since you got a + before at 5dpo, take one tomorrow.
