SEXY! I wouldn't ever wear Short Pants in Public, at home very few times, and that because someone bought them for me(A Gift), Men n Women wear them at the Mall every day, I don't like looking at them, on men never, but have to, on women because I want to, but still don't like them on anyone! My pants pulled down t the crack of my butt with my boxers pulled up to my navel. Why is this so popular? We used to beat up retarded kids for this when I was younger. The same goes for socks with sandals.
