I guess your right... eventually the piss/smoke will find its way to the "clean" section. But, I'd rather stand next to a smoker than swim next to a pisser. Of course, that's just me.

You've got that right! That's why I still choose to smoke outside. Not very many restaurants allow smoking in my area though.

Absolutely! When vacationing,I walked into a restaurant and the smell of cigarette smoke just hit me.I turned back around and walked straight out the door.Nasty.

No one should be able to smoke ANYWHERE in public! I can't believe that something that is proven to cause or affect just about every health problem is still allowed. I think you should have to go 25 feet from even just the entrances to public places if you want to smoke. It's real nice when you come out of a place and instead of fresh air, you get a big whiff of smoke. Smokers should be inconvenienced to the point where they quit, which is what they need to do anyway. All it does is cost them money, the whiteness of their teeth, and their health. If you disagree, give me one benefit of smoking. There are none!

One out of five American adults buys cigarettes every day. Would you deny them their pleasure, when they have gone to such lengths to make sure you do not breathe second hand smoke?

I get what your saying and yes it is but it's just not as germy!. I just think if they make one they should TRULY block it off, which they never do.
