And the facts are WHAT? I read that little snippet of news, and could find no 'facts' as you call them.
The vague assertion of lewd conduct, the old police standby of disorderly conduct... adds up to no particular facts. And you're right, most people don't care.
But then, most people don't care about much at all, except, oddly enough, Britney and Tom Cruise and whatever trash is shoveled onto the table in front of them by the news.
All I can surmise, from the amount of information I have about this case is that a Seantor is as likely to behave in a human fashion as anyone else.

That newsclip you referenced didn't have a whole lot of facts either. Are you saying he's innocent or he's a bum? He did plead guilty, most people don't plead guilty unless they are guilty or they want to put it quickly behind them.
