Depends on what kind of sign it was..intuition based or something in the mail? Some signs are a good thing but most signs are forewarnings.

Yes I do. Here's just one example.
When I was young, we were on our way out the door to go visit my grandmother.
Our cat started going crazy, and my dad said that it was a sign that something was wrong with her.
My grandmother actually died that night.
